Your development and ours are intertwined
We’ve probably told you before, but we’re super excited to have you join us. When you start soon, things will really take off for you. But they will also for us! Because learning and development are an important part of working at PNO Innovation, and your development is our shared responsibility. You take ownership of what you want to learn, while your manager and PNO help you find the learning experience that suits you best. We will inspire you with challenges, support you with training and introduce you to new skills, disciplines and cultures. Whether it's deepening your expertise, expanding your skills, keeping up with changes in your field or even moving to a new role, our one question to you is: will you grow with us?
Every day is a Learning day
You will have unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning. Its features more than 20,000 courses covering a wide range of technical, business, software and creative topics. You can learn at your own pace, 24/7, using your desktop or mobile device. You can select courses relevant to your current role in areas such as AI and Copilot, commercial development, management and technology. We encourage you to also explore other categories, such as soft skills, languages or mindfulness. You will receive an invitation to LinkedIn Learning on or shortly after your first working day.
PNO also provides a specialist but broadly applicable range of training courses, covering topics such as professional writing, relevant funding schemes and essential professional skills. New training courses are regularly added in response to new tools, changing regulations and developments in our field.
Your development will be discussed during your onboarding and in regular conversations with your manager. But you do not have to wait for a formal meeting. If there is something you really want or need to learn, bring it up when you are ready. Together with your manager, you can explore your best learning path and the required time.

Alongside various international initiatives, we are working towards a more central personal development programme from which every colleague, wherever in Europe, can benefit. For now, we cannot provide a complete overview of every available course, training programme, workshop or coaching opportunity. So be sure to regularly check Studytube, intranet and of course your email for the latest learning content!
