Basic things you cannot do without in your daily work

On your first day, you will receive your laptop, which comes with a form where you can find your login information. Afas, Hubspot, Matchpoint: which systems you will have access to and which software you will be working with depends largely on your role and the team where you will be working. On your first day at work, your team manager will provide you with all the necessary information. A few things that are good to know in advance (* some links will work once you have access to PNO's systems):
Digital Workspace is your daily starting point. Here you will find the latest PNO announcements and news, events and all apps and links to systems that are relevant to you.
In the PNO Knowledge Hub * you'll find extensive information related to:
our business, such as sales, sectors, services and funding programmes
HR, such as learning and fevelopment, job profiles and career paths and more
marketing, such as templates, event materials and images
digital, such as manuals & instructions, the AI knowledge hub and more
legal, such as contract examples, policies and NDA
finance
ESG, such as our strategy, activities and how you can participate.
Obviously, you can reach the PNO Knowledge Hub from our Digital Workspace.
In Microsoft Teams you can get access to sector related cross-border discussion groups. Here relevant topics and developments are shared and discussed in relation to the Horizon Work Programmes. It is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our collective knowledge. Ask your manager to arrange access to the group(s) of your interest.
You can make unlimited use of Microsoft 365 includingCopilot.
Submit IT and Legal-related requests and/or incidents through the PNO Group Servicedesk *.
Taking leave, writing hours, submitting a declaration: you will be informed on how this is organized for you/your team by your team manager or office manager.
Don't forget to visit the AI Knowledge Hub*: your go-to destination for everything you need to know about the usage of Artificial Intelligence. Here, you'll find a comprehensive and up-to-date collection of resources designed to keep you informed and empowered in the rapidly evolving field of AI. Whether you are just beginning your journey, looking to deepen your expertise, or seeking the latest advancements and tools, the AI Knowledge Hub has something for everyone.

A sacred duty

Through the channels mentioned above, we always strive to provide you with information that is as comprehensive and up-to-date as possible. But being informed works both ways! Information that stays in your head is of no use to others - information that is shared is the foundation of collective success!

Therefore, at PNO we all have a “sacred” duty to share information and knowledge that may be valuable to other colleagues. We strongly invite you to actively interact with your peers within PNO and to respond to internal messages, news articles, calls for action and information, thus sharing knowledge and insights that helps us all to grow.
